FAQ
Before you visit
Do you help set up a new aquarium?
Yes — tell us the size of the space and your budget and we'll put together the tank, filter, light and the fish that live well together. We can set it up at your home too.
How do I keep the fish healthy?
Most problems come from overfeeding and skipping water changes. Ask us when you buy — we'll tell you exactly how much to feed and how often to change the water for the fish you're taking.
Do you clean and maintain tanks?
We do — regular cleaning, filter servicing and water treatment. Ask us about a monthly visit if you'd rather not do it yourself.
What pet food and accessories do you keep?
Food and accessories for fish, birds and small pets, plus treats, cages, bowls and toys. If we don't have something, we can usually arrange it in a couple of days.
Can I get things delivered?
Yes, locally. Message us the list and your address and we'll confirm the total and the delivery time.
